Payment can be made online through the MTMTE website. Because MTMTE schedules only one tour a day, tours must be reserved with one half of the total cost of the tour paid in advance. Payment options include Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App and Apple Cash. Refunds for early cancellation are accepted. See refund policy below.

There are no hidden fees. Additional costs, if any, are listed with each tour. Costs vary depending on the number of passengers and the length of the tours. Increased charges apply when optional tour excursions and requests for additional time occur. It is recommended that travelers contact MTMTE to determine costs related to additional excursions or extended tours before reserving a tour.

Reservations should be made no less than two weeks (14 calendar days) in advance. Contact MTMTE directly if you desire to reserve a tour within 14 days or less of the preferred date of the tour.

Reserved tours can be cancelled at time. However, refunds are provided based on the following criteria:

1) Full refunds are given for cancellations made no less than two weeks before the scheduled tour.

2) There is $50 fee for cancellations made eight days or more before the scheduled tour.

3) A refund of 75 percent of the total estimated charges will be given for cancellations made no less than 5 days before the scheduled tour.

4) A refund of 50 percent of the total estimated charges will be given for cancellations made no less than 2 days (48 hours) before the scheduled tour.

5) A refund of 25 percent of the total estimated charges will be given for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled tour.

If travel plans change, tours can be rescheduled if MTMTE is notified of such changes at least two weeks in advance of the scheduled tour date. In case of emergencies (e.g., unforeseen severe weather, family emergencies, acts of nature, etc.) requests can be made to grant refunds in full or to adjust the percentage of the refund amount if official documentation is presented to support the request. MTMTE Tours reserves the right to approve or deny such requests.
